Meet Kendall Selby
Restaurateur, Chef, loving husband, proud father, and philanthropist.

Chef Kendall Selby is an Internationally Trained Chef hailing from New Jersey who lives by the motto "food is a catalyst to the soul". As Head Chef for the New Jersey State Bar Association, Chef Selby spent several years preparing exquisite luncheons and dinner parties for some of the most widely recognized attorneys and judges. He then went on to become the Executive Chef for Abundant Harvest Catering, a leader in the catering industry, that often served large gatherings of 500 or more. In this capacity, Chef Selby headed a staff of 45 employees comprised of sous chefs, servers, waiters and hostesses.
On the international scene, Chef Selby catered the birthday party for the President of Gambia, in West Africa. This was a major event attended by hundreds of the country's top leaders and executives. Chef Selby worked with Chefs from all over the world in order to organize and complete this gala event. Chef Kendall studied Culinary Arts at the renowned French Culinary Institute of New York City.
Currently, the Executive Chef at Middleton Hall, Waldorf, he is on task to put Middleton Hall in its' rightful place on the map as the Premiere Event location in Southern Maryland.
